Dale Britt began his development career in 1986 with the Oak Forest Community in Archdale, NC and has since been the developer in the construction of over twenty-two communities throughout North Carolina. Dale’s daughter, Alison Britt, joined the company in 2021 and is progressing the company into the future with her father. Former Bank President/CEO Phil Collins joined the team in 2023.
